The RequestMap is all I'm interested in, just whether it's seeing requests
for the second site and handling them as expected. It should map them to
your overridden applicationId of course, and the URLs should look correct.

If that's the case, I don't see any way for the SP to cause a 404 and
would assume that IIS is lying about the actual error.
