OSGi bundle for OpenSAML

I want to user OpenSAML 2.5.1 in developing an OSGi bundle. I could not find
a bundle for OpenSaml 2.5.1. I have the following questions.

1. Is there OpenSaml OSGi bundle available?

2. Am I allowed to create an OSGi OpenSaml bundle using OpenSaml jars?
