Upcoming IdP Release

In the next few weeks I'll be doing another IdP release.  There have
been a number of discussions on this list where people have noted
they'd like small things (e.g., the level at which certain log
messages were logged) adjusted however no one has filed those with
Jira.  If you have any outstanding requests like that now is the time
to file them.  Short of another round of crypto/signature/encryption
issues or regressions the next patch release of the IdP is likely to
be the last one for a while.

Note, this will be a patch level release so no features will be added
or existing behavior changed (intentionally).
