OSU custom login module released

I've added my extension module to the contributions page:

Primarily it's a wrapper for running JAAS modules, using a Velocity
template outside the warfile as a login form, and doing SSO via a cookie
using the DataSealer I contributed to the IdP. There are other less tested
submodules included.

I've done very little testing of SAML 2 features with it, so there are
probably ForceAuthn or IsPassive bugs, but it was designed to handle them.

Please take any discussion to the dev list, I'm just posting a note to
users because people have asked for the code.

I'll add a link to the stateless clustering page I did since it notes that
you need something like this.
