How to append a string to IdP attribute

If you're just going to blindly append the domain name you can use the
template attribute definition. I don't remember though if ePPN is
considered a scoped attribute. If it is, then you'll need to actually
treat it as such which means you can't just blinding append @xxxx to
the end of a value.
