That's a complete rewrite of the profile and it's not done. It would help
to know what you didn't get (you can send comments directly to me).

Required reading would be the original SAML specification, however. It
won't make any sense otherwise. There is no document for client
implementers specifically yet, despite that having little to do with the
rest of SAML.
