No, I'm pretty sure that's not it. I see in InCommon metadata that
there are no <idpdisc:DiscoveryResponse> endpoints, which is usually a
problem for SAML2 flows, but your description contradicts that. If you
send a copy of the Stanford metadata, I'll take a look.
