duplicate attribute value issue in idp 2.3.3

I encountered the same problem upgrading from 2.3.2 to 2.3.3

Solved using original config files and make personalization by hand.
So the problem is in the config files, i dunno which one, sorry, but
it's a good starting point.

in resolver or relying i suppose.
