I have finally done a complete refresh of all the message files that were out of date, and have retired the old/separate translations project and removed all those files. We will be releasing updated versions of various plugins soon that contain the latest translations and just maintain things in place from now on. The docs [1] have been updated with pointers to the various files involved for reference.
