diffs of messages.properties between 3.4.6 and 4.0.0b1

Hello

I just updated the Zanata project to also cover v4. I already adopted 
the changes provided by Takeshi.

The translations for de, de_CH, fr and ja are complete. The following 
ones are nearly complete (85% or more) and await completion by volunteers!

If you do not yet have translation rights at Zanata, follow the 
directions provided here:
