<div dir="ltr"><div>Hi Dev team, <br><div><br>This past week, I spoke with Paul Caskey about installation changes that would help a newbie to Shib get a "quick start."  This topic is highly related to the planned Quick Start Deployer's Guide that we collectively discussed in the dev call of Feb 17.   (If you weren't on that call, you can find some info on the project <a href="https://docs.google.com/document/d/13CQyHMD0ZAvLwZLD6RZSQ03ebrB5K-qE8DlsHhxwzNw/edit?usp=sharing">here .)</a><br><br>Paul brought up the Canarie Installer.   I know it doesn't deal with 
InCommon right now, but TIER might be willing to have Paul work on 
changing it.<br><br></div><div>Paul also mentioned that Canarie offers a test SP via a Virtual Box.<br></div><div><br>I'm writing to get your thoughts about the 
Canarie Installer.   What's good, what's "not good,"  what's missing?
