Right, I think the source and target should stay 6 and people should
be able to deploy with 6. As we've previously discussed, the danger
with us developing and testing builds with 7 or 8 is the possibility
of accidentally using classes or features not present in the older
version. Same issue with using 8 for deving/building v3, which
formally requires only 7.
