Nope. Just bump the IdP, unless a code change in OSAML requires a bump there too, they're not coupled.</pre>

    Well, at a minimum there's the metadata indexing stuff, as well as

    some HC support stuff, which will need 3.3.  And I actually had a

    (minor) java-support API addition which will need a 7.3.  So we

    probably ought to just bump them.<br>
