As Rod said, we do have the nightly Jenkins version of the Javadocs,
but AFAIK we don't currently have them anywhere for released
artifacts. I believe we do or used to for 2.x, but so far not for
3.x. I think it's on our TODO list for both OpenSAML and the IdP.<br>

The vast majority of the 2.x docs in the wiki are still valid for
3.x, modulo package name changes and some class name changes. That's
why doing updated docs for 3.x hasn't been a huge priority for us so
far.<br>
