I put a link to a webservice dataconnector that we use to get group memberships on the wiki's "Contributions and Extensions" page.  You might get some ideas from it. It is a complete rewrite from the shibv2 version and something of a beta still.<span class="HOEnZb"><font color="#888888"><br>
