It occurred to me after I left the house: I was taking your
statement literally, that the BC *provider* was involved. We
definitely don't want that - at least we don't want to auto-load
it. I'll double-check that there isn't something somewhere still
programatically adding the provider.<br>

I don't see it anywhere in OpenSAML or the IdP or any of our
dependencies. Which is what I hoped and expected. I do see a base
test class in metadata aggregator-pipeline using it. Don't know
why. Just noting in case Ian wants to investigate.<br>
