SP 4 status

Was hoping to get the second alpha of the SP Agent out this week but some Windows issues are probably going to hold that up, but a short update...

The second alpha when it comes will include SAML logout support, and is ready for the OIDC logout work once that's built. It will require the newer version of the Hub plugins that are now published, 0.0.2-SNAPSHOT. Those install over top of 0.0.1-SNAPSHOT without any problem.

Those currently support the original alpha1 Agent and the main branch under development but will eventually require the updated Agent to work, I'm waiting to remove some extra code until after the second alpha is tagged.

I'll tag the alpha2 Agent once we resolve some issues on Windows if we can, though if that drags on, I'll just do it and park those bugs for now. Likely may not get that tagged by the time we hold the Webinar we're planning for Members of the Consortium next week, but won't be long after that.
