Migrating git clones off of shiibboleth.net

FYI,

We still see a lot of direct traffic into our old Git URLs since the migration of our project source code to Codeberg. Not a surprise, but we are probably going to either install redirects over to Codeberg (if that even works) or just turn off that access starting in July.

If you're still operating clones against https://git.shibboleth.net/git - prefixed URLs, please update those origin links to https://codeberg.org/Shibboleth
