redis storage backend for shibbolet-sp

Dear Colleagues,

     We are operating some Shibboleth-SP in a 
clustered/cloud/containerized environment. Handling session was always a 
problem during the upgrade of  Shibboleth-SP (see 
https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SP3/pages/2065334324/Clustering)

Therefore we decided  to extend Shibboleth-SP with a new  storage 
backend which has better support in cloud native environment. Andras 
Bodor joined to KIFÜ for a summer internship program and tasked to work 
on development of  Shibboleth-SP redis storageservice module  
(https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/SP3/pages/2065334626/StorageService) 
in  C++. We tested the new backend in a lab environment and we will 
deploy it in our production cloud environment in the next week.

     What would be the next step to be reviewed and incorporated into 
the mainline Shibboleth-SP? Andras is willing to share his work in a 
patch or pull request.
