You are looping, which is an SP configuration error or browser issue causing the session to invalidate at the SP and repeatedly send you back to the IdP, which loops you back due to SSO.

Nobody without access to the relevant logs and the ability to trace the traffic can diagnose that, the wiki includes various typical issues that sometimes lead to loops.
