Small contribution on Shibboleth EDS

Hello everybody,

I am Colin Bontemps, and I joined this list today. I work on the IAM
team for the CNRS, a French research establishment.

We use the Shibboleth IDP, SP, and EDS for most of our authentication
systems. I submitted this morning three small issues on the Shibboleth
Embedded Discovery Service, for which I am willing to contribute.

If you agree with these issues, I am looking for your guidance on how to
proceed with submitting pull requests.
