Access to plugin archetype for shibboleth plugin development

Hello shibboleth-devs,

I would like to getting started with the development of a shibboleth plugin as a proof-of-concept for my master thesis. During my research I noticed that a plugin archetype (https://shibboleth.atlassian.net/wiki/spaces/DEV/pages/1196393483/Plugin+archetype) was developed. Unfortunately, I can't check out the linked git repository git at git.shibboleth.net:philsmart/java-idp-plugin-archetype. Can someone please give me access to it? Alternatively, I look forward to a zip file with the relevant resources.
