Thanks for the pointers there, especially in clearing up my obvious
confusion as to the info on your Jetty10 wiki page.

FWIW, I am not using localhost (not clear where I said I was?) but,
at this stage anyway, making use of RFC 1918 range IPs with server
names in 168.192.in-addr.arpa domain so as to make it feel less
artificial.
