IdP 5.0 Beta 1 posted, prepping for announcement

I plan to send something to the announce list for more visibility once I get some wiki pages updated and a few other stuff done, but I've built and signed copies of "everything":

I believe every one of our plugins is built and I posted a truststore file that can be used to force an install of any of them. The one thing you can't do is force an upgrade so unfortunately to install over top of 4.x and then upgrade plugins you have to remove the outdated ones first, and then clean up any renamed config files.

We plan to get that gap fixed but may or may not for 5.0, it really is only an issue for testing plugins prior to their release when the remote property file isn't accounting for them yet.
