opensaml 4.2.0 in maven central repo

We are not resonsible for any artifacts in Maven Central. We haven't removed any of them now that we control the coordinates there, but may try to do so at some point.

We are willing, but unable, to put new versions there due to the terms of service they impose, as none of us is willing to indemnify Sonatype against legal action regarding anything we put there.

We have a question in to them about waiving that, but have no expectation they will be willing to, so the chances of them being uploaded are low unless somebody willing to take the risk joins the project.

Our signed artifacts remain publically available from the coordinates we document in the wiki and that's where people should get them. That's always been the case.
