Hello,

I am trying to build and run the java-idp-testbed.
I followed the instructions in the readme file however when I open
http://localhost:8080/ in my browser, I see error 404. "No context on this
server matched or handled this request."
Did I miss anything? Is the readme up to date?

Any pointers are appreciated.
