So the whole issue here is that if the  dll's you build have version 3.3.0.0 and you are installing on top of 3.3.0.0 then _they won't be installed_ because they aren’t different.  I think.
Like I say the version rules are subtle and quick to anger.  But you should check (via dates/SHA/whatever).

If you call it 3.3.1.0 then it will be installed but the customer won't be able to downgrade without uninstalling (those rules again).  Again I think (it was 3 years wince I was fully versed in this stuff).

If you give it version 3.3.0.1 then the rules are different. It is a different version from 3.3.0.0 so it will be installed, but because it’s the fourth digit then no order is implied (so installing 3.3.0.0 will work and reinstall the 3.3.0.0 DLLs).  This much I am sure about.
