Shibboleth SP 3.2.2.2 version on windows

Hi,

I did a test install of shibboleth-sp-3.2.2.2-win64.msi (5efa41bde371de3bbce207b3ea987fc963a02015b0e67dd8108136fe0c1be8ec) on a clean Windows 2016 server. The version being reported as installed by the OS is 3.2.2.1.

I noticed this because I use Puppet for package management and it is reapplying the 3.2.2.2 package as it believes 3.2.2.1 is installed on another server where I performed an upgrade. I can work around this.
