wiki has error on the xmlsectool v3 page?

You are right. It makes sense now. I can see the boxes but for what
you meant to be visually aligned the first box should enclose the
second. Right now, the first box says "This space describes the
xmlsectool V3.x series of releases." where I thought "this space"
refer to the box starting at "This space" and ending at "preview the
released state of the documentation."
Now I know "This space" refer to the entire page.
