V4 shipping next week

Thanks to all the testers that have been finding bugs. In the interest of getting 4.0.1 out the door as soon as possible, we're going to ship IdP 4.0.0 next week.

Please keep testing, we through Monday before we freeze so there's still time to catch stuff.

We do expect the final release will upgrade the betas successfully, lack of official support for that notwithstanding.
