SP Crashing

There's a tree with all the binaries zipped up in downloads/misc/VC15 on the server. I don't know how usable it would be, but assuming an install so all the schemas were already in the right spot, using these in the path should work as long as the config variable is set to locate the configuration.

But this doesn't include all the program database files and I don't have any convenient way to include those, so apart from probably crashing in perhaps more frequent or predictable ways if there's a bug it may not reveal much.
