Null returned by XMLObjectProviderRegistrySupport.getBuilderFactory()

Hi dev,

I've been using XMLObjectProviderRegistrySupport.getBuilderFactory() in
OpenSAML v3 to build my SAML objects, but have just started running into an
issue where the function is now returning a null value preventing said
object creation. This code was working previously, and I am calling
InitializationService.initialize() before I try to build the SAML object.

Any ideas what could cause this? I'm deploying to wildfly 10.
