GraalVM JavaScript engine in OpenJDK 11

I remain to be convinced by the hype [2], it wasn't so long ago that Nashorn was going to be the best thing since sliced bread and now it's moribund (dead in about 4 years?)

Graal may of course take off in which case we have a reasonably trivial job to perform sometime during the life of V4.
