Installing on RHEL 6.9 VM

Hi There,
I am asking our admin team to install Shibboleth but they are seeing the
library dependencies and suspecting risk to system library components. What
is the level of risk in installing Shibboleth  considering it pulls
dependencies and may update system libraries that other applications might
be using.
