Memory leak in SP 3.0.2?

Some deeper valgrind attempts were no more revealing, even a full load and verify of InCommon metadata plus logging in a few times still ended with a clean report other than some logging config that's always hung around.

I'll monitor for a while until I have more time to investigate it but nothing obvious is showing itself yet. Past leaks have been very evident under basic testing so this appears to be something unusual or perhaps an operation I haven't tested yet.
