GÉANT OIDC -plugin second alpha

Hello,

The second tagged version of GÉANT Shibboleth OIDC plugin has just been 
created to the following repository:

https://github.com/CSCfi/shibboleth-idp-oidc-extension/releases/tag/v0.6.0a

The release notes contains documentation for installation and supported 
features. In short, this version offers partial implementations of the 
OIDC authentication with authorization code, hybrid and implicit flows 
and dynamic client registration flow.

We welcome all feedback regarding for instance configuration logic, 
documentation, OIDC conformance, etc.
