Renaming jetty.* to idp.* in idp-jetty-base:9.4 ?

Rod,

I renamed some of the jetty.* properties to idp.* in jetty-base for
9.4, but what should we do with the other jetty.* properties that we
do not define/override ourselves ? I think you mentioned maybe
renaming them to idp.jetty.* or ?

I took a look at the Jetty source, and some of the jetty.* properties
might be removable (from the XML) as they are the same as the defaults
(in Java).
