automatic module names

Folks will be aware that Java 9 introduced a module system to Java. We're not at this stage promising or even planning to make use of the module system in future versions of Shibboleth, but we are going to make a possible future transition to a fully modular product more straightforward by reserving module names now for our current JARs.
You can read about what we plan to do here:
https://wiki.shibboleth.net/confluence/display/DEV/Java+Modularity
https://issues.shibboleth.net/jira/browse/JPAR-113
These changes should be invisible to both deployers and developers unless using the module path is explicitly requested. We make no guarantees about our software when used on the module path.
We expect to put these reservations in place in the source trees in a week or so to allow for any comments you may have (you can make those here, directly to me, or on JPAR-113). This means that IdP V3.4 and MDA 0.10 would include them.
Enjoy,
