It might be useful to just drop an occasional, maybe monthly or less often, note to the list outlining progress or maybe calling attention to something needing some evaluation.

But I'm aware of the challenges. In the history of the project, virtually nothing we've done has received any signficant testing, feedback, or evaluation prior to us just calling it "done" and releasing it.
