I don't know that it's worth pulling this (obviously it only builds 32-bit I think) as it's still technically a supported piece of software by Oracle.

FastCGI is probably "stable", given that the original libs have been forked and preserved on github, it's no worse than it was before.
Given that we're talking about Windows only here, I think we should pull the builds for 1.3/2.0 for sure as they're dead. People on Windows should move.
I'm not sure yet whether I want to pull the code for everything. The module is certainly a mess because of the conditional code. But I also know people still use them and it's already written, and we don't really touch the module much anyway.
So I think I'd say "NSAPI stays, FCGI probably stays, and 1.3/2.0 are def. out on Windows.
