Shibboleth IDP WAR 3.3.2 in Shibboleth-Public repo missing jars?

Hello,

The net.shibboleth.idp:idp-war:3.3.2 in the shibboleth-public repo is
missing logback-classic-1.1.3.jar & jcl-over-slf4j-1.7.12.jar.

When we compare the version from the shibboleth-public repo to the
idp.war created from an install of IDP 3.3.2 v64 we notice those jars
are in the idp.war.

Is this expected?
