jetty-base 9.4 : back-channel enabled by default ?

I'm reasonably certain that we install the backchannel by default (because it's one of those things that’s hard to do right).

I know it doesn't ask.

I'd not be averse to having it turned off in V4 (which I understand is not what you are asking).  For the time when V3 goes with 9.4
(and I'll be pushing to do this as late as possible) the issue will be clouded by on disk backwards compatibility.  But having the
configuration controllable by a property probably cuts it given that if all else fails the installer itself can go in and dinky the
property (although Jetty's inability to set properties from properties might trip us up).

So I cannot answer your question, I'll leave it open to others to answer but I suggest that this comes into the "what are we doing
about Jetty in V4" discussion.
