jetty-base 9.4 : back-channel enabled by default ?

Should the 9.4 version of jetty-base have the backchannel module
enabled by default ?

The 9.3 version of jetty-base does.

I was thinking it should not be enabled by default.

FWIW I'm not sure what the Windows Installer prompts for.
Enabling/disabling involves togging a commented/uncommented property,
which I know the ant-installer can handle.
