Wiki Short cuts for links to Sprint-support and java-parent

No list other than the wiki configuration, but right now it's just jos and jidp. I didn't create any for the other projects but we can. It's not just the wiki part, it points to CGI redirectors so those have to get created.

Handy tip: it will handle slash or dot separators in the package name.
