This has been released. Chatter in some of the other groups indicates that there is a lot of change (potentially confined to being
'under the hood').
Although one should be able to install it without affecting down level installs, again there is a lot of chatter that recently
installs and upgrades in the VS space have not been seamless ("I had to completely reimage my development machine" is not a phrase I
can hear without shuddering) so I'm not going near this for a while.
We have discussed that SPV3 should be built with VS2017, and I think that might be a good idea.
However I'm not going to be installing VS2017 until I am sure that things have settled, and probably not until the Driver
Development environment is release (for which there is no ETA).
Once I've done that I'll look to move the stack (Santuario up) over to VS2017, then we can leapfrog 2013 and 2015...
