Agenda addition request: Quick Start Guide (redux)

15 minutes would be helpful.

I just got word that Steve Z wants to fund a QI guide/process for the TIER
release of the IdP.

I've now asked Paul C for how that changes the QI "picture."

Depending on when and what Paul says, I might not need the time at all --
in which case I'll let folks know -- but I have the feeling that at least a
short discussion would be useful.
