Agenda addition request: Quick Start Guide (redux)

Hi Shib Dev,

I would like have some time on the call tomorrow -- preferably at or
shortly after noon.  I'm hoping Paul Caskey could join in.

I hope to have info on whether TIER wants to fund a Quick Start
Installation Guide  and process (QI ) for TIER's release of the IdP, or
whether they want to fund a QI guide/process that could work outside of
"TIER."

I might not, but given the apparent confusion over available resources,
what I've asked for for this QI guide/process -- and when -- I think it
would be helpful to have at least a small amount of time for discussion in
real-time.
