username & password to access svn.shibboleth.net

Dear all,
I downloaded shibboleth idp3 source code from https://shibboleth.net, I am
looking at the codes but cannot access (i.e. read and interpret) the  jar
files so I decided to check this url below which is asking me for username
and password : https://svn.shibboleth.net/java-shib-idp2-main

Alternatively, send me clues on interpreting the jar files.
