Great thought.
I probably should have said, the system is a completely fresh build. (I
build new systems every year for the application, so was thinking of it
as kind of an upgrade -
But the new OS was not upgraded from the old OS)
The only non-Redhat Apache modules are the following
- mod-php56u (ius repository)
- mod-evasive (epel repository, aka Redhat)
I had it fault with both mod_php, and php-fpm
