Is Oauth in the Shibboleth roadmap?

Dear Shibboleth team,

Shibboleth is widely used within university services in France. It would
benefits the community if Oauth was implemented within Shibboleth as it
would enable to associate Shibboleth with this autorization protocol to
secure external applications.

May I ask if it is in the development roadmap of Shibboleth?
